Role

Proactive business to business sales of business and IT solutions in to a range of industries via new business development, cold calling, account management and client development over the phone, in a positive and incentivised sales environment.

 

Key responsibilities

·         Generating new business via cold calling and referrals from a number of sources.

·         Full account management, client retention and growth.

·         Maintaining renewal income and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

·         Conducting both specific and general-awareness campaigns to promote solutions within target markets.

·         Making quality appointments for the external sales team.

·         Providing detailed correspondence for customers.

·         Hitting monthly sales and call targets.

·         Maintain accurate business forecasts weekly and monthly.

 

Necessary background & sales approach

·         Target driven.

·         Methodical, maximising the potential of all leads.

·         Able to identify new markets and opportunities.

·         Quality, outbound, business-to-business telesales experience.

·         Direct cold-calling.

·         Account Management.

·         Lead sourcing.
