Field Sales Executive

£25-£30k Basic + Car + Laptop + Mobile

A leading freight and logistics service provider based in newly acquired offices in the Staffordshire area, is currently seeking an Field Business Development Manager to join the sales team.

Responsible for identifying potential new business for European Groupage within a specific geographical area, consistently growing business and achieving set targets based on productivity and appointments.  You will be responsible for generating new leads, making own appointments and opening new accounts both over the telephone and face to face.  Gaining a full profile of clients needs and requirements in order to provide the highest level of service at every stage.  Providing clients with accurate quotations and preparing weekly/monthly reports on sales activity and new business generated.

Requires a strong new business field sales professional with a proven track record within the domestic or international freight/parcels/courier industry or a similar service led industry. You will possess a stable work history and will be educated to GCSE standard. Must have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with a customer focused attitude and excellent communication skills.  Must be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve targets and deadlines with a self-motivated, tenacious attitude. Full driving licence required.
