£18k-£20k Basic + Uncapped OTE (Realistic £30k+)
Our client: A market leading organisation specialising in a variety of hobbiest magazines with a large following and strong existing client base, currently seeking an experienced advertising sales executive to join their Cheshire based office.
THE ROLE
This is an ideal opportunity for those with proven advertising / media sales experience currently seeking a new sales challenge within the Cheshire / south Manchester area where you will be given the opportunity to meet with clients face to face attending client visits. The company is a market leader and operates in a sector where aggressive selling isn't appropriate, as such it is ideal for those wishing to sell in a specialist industry in which the focus is on rapport building and ongoing client management. A full cycle telephone based sales role, the successful applicant will be given a number of existing accounts to manage and develop to full potential from day one whilst also proactively establishing new business sales relationships and sourcing leads at every opportunity attending visits when required.
THE PERSON / REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must match the following criteria to be considered:
- Previous experience of media / advertising / publication telesales within a targeted team environment (this is essential)
- You will be a media experienced telesales candidate seeking progression into client facing sales OR will be a media field sales executive seeking a new challenge
- Requires excellent rapport building and account management skills alongside the ability to source and develop new business sales opportunities via cold calling
- Must be a strong team player capable of working to both individual and team sales targets within a close knit sales team environment
- Requires a strong work ethic, must be naturally reliable, driven, hard working, punctual etc
- MUST have own car to access the offices and attend client visits, all travel costs will be covered.
